FAQ’s

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment? Clients can bring whomever they wish to an appointment for support or for child care reasons. While children are welcome, there are no specific child-entertainment areas at the clinic.

How do you take payment? Cash, cheque or e-transfer. Debit and credit card payments are not accepted. Payment is due at time of service. I am open to discussing deferred payments and barter.

Do you have a bathroom onsite? Yes!

What other things do you have to make my appointment comfortable? I have a heated bed, with blankets and sheets, a heating pad and more pillows than I know what to do with.

How long should I expect my appointment to take? Initial appointments are usually 1-1.25hrs. Follow-ups are 45min-1hr.

What should I wear to an appointment? For any physiotherapy problem, clothes that allow you to move easily are best.

I have to cancel or change my appointment. What should I do? Ideally, go to the booking application, and change/reschedule there. Otherwise, please send me a text or email. I charge a late cancellation or no-show fee to clients when there aren’t extenuating circumstances such as poor road conditions or food poisoning.
